Tiny Garden Heroes: An Insect Expedition at Gardens by the Bay

A one-hour guided expedition through Gardens by the Bay's Active Garden to spot the insects that keep an urban garden healthy and learn what each one does. Families examine insect specimens up close and hear how scientists study them, then talk through simple ways to live alongside them.

Held in the Ficus Room at the Active Garden on 9 September 2026, 4pm to 5pm. Suitable for ages 8 and up; children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent. Tickets are $35 per person or $55 for two, with a discount for Friends of the Gardens members. Pre-registration required.
