About this Activity
Rediscover Singapore's history in a new integrated experience, opening 10 October 2026. Begin with Singapore Odyssea: A Journey Through Time, an immersive, multisensorial prelude taking visitors back through key eras of Singapore's past, then continue into the revamped Singapore History Gallery for a deeper exploration of the island's 700-year history across seven sections β from Fluid Beginnings (1300s-1800s) through to Looking Global (2000s-present).
Rooted in the stories of communities who have called Singapore home, the Gallery brings diverse voices to life through rich artefact displays, immersive experiences and interactive touchpoints, including voice input stations where visitors can record their own responses. Admission is free for all from 10β12 October 2026, and remains free thereafter for Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and children under 6.
