Race Against Cancer 2026 — Parent-Child Run

Join thousands of Singaporeans at East Coast Park for the annual Race Against Cancer, one of Singapore's most meaningful charity runs! Families can register for the dedicated 2km Parent-Child Run — a gentle flat route along the park where parents and kids run side by side to raise awareness and funds for cancer research.

The event also features 5km, 10km, and 15km categories for adults, plus carnival games and booths along the route. Registration proceeds support the National Cancer Centre Singapore Foundation and NUS Cancer Research Programme.

Angsana Green at East Coast Park offers ample parking and is easily accessible. Virtual run participation is also available for families who prefer a self-paced option.
