Happy Park @ Waterway Point

Happy Park is the free rooftop family playground on Level 2 of Waterway Point, overlooking the Punggol Waterway. Its wet zone is themed around a river loop, lake, island and bridge, with jet sprays, water curtains and tunnel slides on a soft padded floor, while a separate dry zone has climbing structures and trampolines.

LED lighting makes it especially pretty in the early evening. Free entry, open daily (roughly 10am–7pm). There's a small changing room, though no shower — bring a towel and dry clothes.
