About this Activity

Chestnut Nature Park is a green community space for mountain bikers, hikers and birdwatchers alike. Climb the spiral Chestnut Observation Tower for breathtaking views of the horizon and surrounding greenery.

The park is home to the critically endangered Braided Chestnut tree (which can grow up to 30m tall) and the Singapore Walking-Stick Palm, and is a good spot to look out for globally threatened bird species such as the Straw-headed Bulbul and Brown-chested Jungle Flycatcher. Free entry; open daily 7amโ€“7pm. Note: part of Blue Quail Trail is closed for slope repair, expected to reopen 4Q26.
