ActiveSG Athletics Holiday Programme

Lace up and get moving at ActiveSG's Athletics School Holiday Programme! Designed for children aged 5–12, this programme builds fundamental movement skills through track and field-inspired activities — running, jumping, and throwing — in a fun, structured format.

Held across five stadiums (Bedok, Yishun, Serangoon, Clementi, Bukit Gombak), the June edition runs as three 1.5-hour morning sessions packed with station-based challenges, teamwork games, and age-appropriate physical literacy activities. Coaches provide warm-ups, cool-downs, and health discussions to round out each session.
